mover mails viejos de Outlook express a Gmail

yo soy un tipo ordenado. Tengo carpetas con mails viejos guardados desde hace años en OE.
Y se pueden backupear porque son archivos separados, fáciles, de extensión reconocible.
Pero si cambiás a vista o a 7, seguro que fuiste.
Entonces, para no seguirle el juego a los boludos involucionistas de microsoft, pense que quizas llego la hora de mover todo a gmail definitivamente.
Igualmente mi cuenta ES de gmail, pero la manejo desde OE.
Si me decido a hacerlo, dicen, es la forma de hacerlo:

It seems that nobody took a look at my second post. It is actually easy.

1. Install Mozilla Thundbird
2. Copy your emails from Outlook Express to Thundbird
3. Install Redirect extension of Thunderbird
4. Use the Redirect to move the emails to GMail.
5. Delete emails in Outlook Express and Thunderbird

Now you will find emails in Gmail with

the SAME TITLE, SENDER, RECEIVER, DATE, and TIME!
